We believe in data, even when telling lies, because it feeds us and doesn't matter whether true or false; we just label it so we can uncover, extract and utilise the information to solve complex problems.
Our strength comes from system thinking; we strive to understand the data around the domain and uncover the domain and the behaviour around the data.
We appreciate that it is not possible to have a deep understanding of all the problems to be solved; however, we have the courage and skills to implement a strategy that uncovers:
What is the current state
Which state do we want to be in
How do we get there
Which actions need to be taken
How do we measure success
How do we monitor
How do we improve
We analyze the data along its journey, from ingestion to delivery, because we weigh all the actors. The actors could be users, sometimes sensors or actuators, other times a poor user interface or a UX design with biased data entry forms.
We move the extraction step of the ETL/ELT process down to the application layer where data is generated so we get the lean/unbiased truth.
